Healthy eating tips!
- it's not about making your diet rubbish and eating nasty foods it's just about small portions.
-everytime you eat something think it's for you and your body and what you want to feel
-fruit is amaze, you can even blend it into smoothies and make fresh fruit ice cream which is totally healthy!
--exercise makes you feel a lot Better in general as it helps stress, pain is temporary keep going and push yourself.
-water is the best thing to help you loose weight once you get used to drinking it start to drink lots, I now drink 6 bottles a day.
-you don't have to waste money on a gym pass you can do loads of exercise routines from DVDs or videos on YouTube.
-you are going to get tempted and it will be hard at first but you need to stick to it and work hard for anything you want in life.
-do workouts with friends to encourage each other if someone else is with you, you will do it more instead of giving up
-walking really helps so go on walks whenever you desire, plan a route so you know where you're going :)
-if anything healthy meals are easier when eating out because they have lots more yummy healthy stuff at many restruants
-try and cut down on carbs because that is the most fastening especially if you're lazy and no going to burn the energy off so that it just stores.
